Musicians

We are looking at musicians who have great skills who can help us achieve our aims of enlivening all the commuties of people with whom we work. If you have skills in working with older people, with schools of all kinds, within the justice system, if you can run workshops and carry out interactive performances with these people, then we will be pleased to hear from you.

We are not a musicians agency, but seek skilled players who can galvanise groups and inspire people to get involved in music and participate. By bringing your existing talents to SUPERACT! we hope that we can help them develop and thus improve the quality of the services we deliver.

Our work on bandstands is documented elsewhere on this website and we hope that those who enjoy performing in the open air and in some exquisite local settings will want to become part of the summer seasons we present and also on the on-going Bandstand Marathon which we are seeing develop nationally over the next four years.

The Brass and Traditional Band world has worked closely with SUPERACT! since we were founded in 2006 and we hope this relationship will continue to develop into the future.

We look for musicians of all genres, all traditions and from many different cultures; it is this diversity which makes the work we do challenging, fascinating and endlessly interesting; it is this that gives us the ability to platform work and music which people are not aware of, thus opening their eyes to new tastes and new inspirations.

For those who wish to be involved in our work, we ask for references and for much of our work a CRB check is required.

Training and mentoring is available from SUPERACT! for work in all these fields using experienced musicians and experts in the appropriate disciplines.
