Our Exe-Arts PLUS creative workshop programme for 2016-17 will conclude by showcasing work created by participants in a lovely final exhibition on Saturday 13 May.
Exe-Arts PLUS has been delivering open accessible workshops in both Exeter and St. Sidwell’s Community Centres. The sessions offered tasters of different art forms during autumn and winter 2016, and over the course of spring 2017. Participants enjoyed workshops in painting, ceramics, photography, felt art, willow sculpture, animation and digital art.
Patsy Lang, Project Manager for Exe-Arts PLUS said, “The exhibition will be a culmination of all the artwork produced over the winter and spring programme seasons. There will be some beautiful work on display, from willow baskets to raku pottery, all made by people in the local Exeter community.”
The final exhibition will be held at the Exeter Community Centre, on 13 May 2017 as part of the Arts Week Exeter programme of events. The exhibition is open to the public from 11am to 5pm and refreshments will be available.
